New free lifecycle management service for your equipment

Important note: Only applies to our customers in Switzerland.


SmartLiberty is pleased to announce the launch of a new lifecycle management service that is completely free for all customers. This service will be led by Mr. Recai Limon, who will be responsible for implementation for all customers.

Recai Limon, Project Manager for the Mittelland region, will also take on responsibility for the lifecycle management of our products starting this year. With almost ten years of experience at SmartLiberty, he knows our system inside out and brings extensive technical expertise to this new role.

Every year between January and June, we conduct a detailed analysis of the devices used by our customers. The aim is to identify hardware and software that has reached the end of its life cycle or needs to be updated.


Starting in July, affected customers will receive:

  • An individual cost estimate
  • An assessment of the urgency of replacement
  • Recommendations for budget planning for the following year or for prompt implementation if funds are still available


This service is designed to help our customers:

  • Planning future investments with foresight
  • Strengthen the cybersecurity of your infrastructure
  • Ensuring smooth operations at all times
